Safe

Lately I've been seeing and enjoying these warm/dark winter palettes with lots and lots of lovely brown, and well, I wanted one too. I would be willing to concede however that the farthest-back trees are too pink. My tablet was metaphorically crumbling behind me as I ran across it like an Indiana Jones bridge, so I was grateful to get the piece finished at all before the inevitable crash, though deeply sad that I may have to replace my trusty little Bamboo that has done me proud for a first grader's lifetime. As always, watercolor & digital! And by the way: the big cat wasn't, strictly speaking, absolutely necessary for this piece, but well HEY LOOK OVER THERE ANOTHER BIG CAT.
